01Form

A wool knit band over a floating steel spring, and cushions so deep your ears never touch the driver. Each arm sweeps into the back of the cup in one piece, and clamp force is set by hand on every unit.

02Control

Turn the knurled ring around the right cap for volume and tap the glass to pause. The ring is cut from one billet and clicks through 32 detents, like the bezel of a dive watch. The glass is sapphire, so it never scratches.

03Inside

Every part is screwed, never glued. Any Solenne workshop can open a cup and replace a driver in 19 minutes, for as long as you own it.

04Finish

Each colour is anodised in small batches and matched by eye against its velour. Pick one to see it on the headphone.

Forty years of watchmaking taught us one thing. Silence is a material, and we machine it.

Sound signature

Every Meridian is tuned on an ear simulator to within half a decibel of our target, then signed by the acoustician who measured it. The card ships in the box.

Halo concept: white ceramic ear cups beneath a floating carbon arc with an amber light line

Halo

Prototype 4 of 7Lab review 2028

No headband. Two ceramic shells hold their place under a floating carbon arc, steadied by a magnetic field that learns the shape of your head in three seconds.

Prism concept: transparent ear cups revealing the driver and electronics inside

Prism

Prototype 2 of 5Lab review 2029

Sapphire shells you can see straight through. An ultrasonic ping maps your ear canal every 90 seconds and retunes the drivers while you listen.
